Chocolates with Caramel filling

I made these chocolates on Valentines Day. The caramel in the middle is dense and sticky. They resemble the Rolo chocolates in taste. So here's the recipe I hope you like them.

Ingredients:

For the caramel filling:
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup thick cream

To cover:
Dark chocolate

To make the caramel bring to boil the water and sugar and leave to boil for 5 minutes or until it is a golden colour. Take off fire and add the cream. Stir until it is smooth. Leave to cool.

I melted the chocolate and brushed it into the moulds. Put in fridge for a few minutes then put some of the filling and close with melted chocolate.

Once the chocolate hardens that out the chocolates out of the moulds.
