Brownies
 

Ingredients:

170g butter, melted
300g white sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
95g flour
45g unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
50g chopped hazelnuts

Preparation:

1.Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Grease an 8 inch square pan.
2. In a large bowl, blend melted butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time with 2 tbsp flour. Add the remainging flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Gradually blend into the egg mixture. Add the hazelnuts. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. Let brownies cool, then cut into squares.
